We're excited to help you get started. Many of the setup tasks below can be completed yourself using our knowledge base articles. If you would prefer that we complete any of the setup for you, we'd be happy to assist. Our assistance will be billed at our standard labour rates.

Required Setup

Microsoft Authenticator (Multi-Factor Authentication)
Microsoft 365 accounts require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to help protect your account. This is typically the first step before signing in to Microsoft 365 services. If you don't follow it now, you will be prompted to do so the first time you login.

Install Microsoft Office (if included with your licence)
Applicable to licences such as Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Microsoft 365 Apps for Business.

Access Your Files

OneDrive Sync (optional)
Set up OneDrive to access your personal Microsoft 365 files directly from File Explorer on your Windows PC.

SharePoint Library Sync (optional)
If your organization uses SharePoint and you've been granted access to one or more SharePoint sites, you can sync those document libraries to File Explorer as well.

Access Microsoft 365 Online

You can access Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Word, Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications from any web browser by visiting:
https://www.office.com
Sign in using your Microsoft 365 email address and password.
